I’ve completed all the required 360 feedback, but I’d like to provide some additional feedback for Xingzhe, even though we are now in different teams.
– Working with Xingzhe is fantastic – she has a level of thoroughness and accuracy that goes above and beyond data science teammates I’ve worked with before.
– Xingzhe is clear at describing problems and is not afraid to challenge ideas or provide constructive feedback.
– Xingzhe’s work and dedication on CIL items goes far above what the client deserves – she strives for high quality and always provides it.
– I am not technically adept with Machine Learning practices, but Xingzhe is very patient with my questions and is good at explaining processes I do not understand.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoy working with Xingzhe and I know that if we are working on parts of the platform that rely on each other, that her work will be high quality & reliable.
Xingzhe has done a fantastic job growing the team and creating a great culture of learning in the team she leads. S*, D* and C* all feel in a safe environment they can grow in.
At the same time Xingzhe has led the team to the completion of some important milestone projects, e.g. Workcycles and fuel service as well as data labelling and monitoring (ongoing) and has also implement herself several major parts of several of these projects.
Going above and beyond she also still does a lot of support tickets and helps the operations team fix issues and keep our customers happy.
She has stepped into her role as leader of her small, but growing team with great strides and success.
所以尽管R和R妈一再blablabla,尽管我辗转反侧,最后还是拒绝回答这个问题‘what does it mean to be a woman in technology’ (作为女性在科技行业工作意味着什么)。
当然我同事也很聪明,他后来换了策略,直接问我what does it mean to be in technology (在科技行业工作意味着什么)。我也就高高兴兴地回答了:it means staying smart and sharp……
